Dr. Kramer is the managing partner at Total Health Family Clinics. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from Logan University in St. Louis, MO, in 2007, where he was both a repeated academic and clinical award recipient. He possesses extensive post-doctoral education in neurology and is certified in manipulation under anesthesia. Previously, he served as the chief of staff at a multi-disciplinary pain clinic, overseeing surgeons, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other support staff. Dr. Kramer has more than a decade of experience treating motor vehicle and various personal injury cases. Before attending Logan, he studied pre-medicine at James Madison University in Virginia. He is board certified and a member of the Maryland Chiropractic Association.
